Last Few Days I was Busy! So Didn't Have Time To Blog!
so yesterday was hell lot of busy in the amber kitchen.. started at 8am have to copy down all the new recipes for our restaurant service. And started off really fine.. i was in the saucier group =) had fun making sauce with xuan yan & nizam. Well the "Hot Kitchen" is really that hot!! hahas standing there fr like 4 hours I'm burning already.. so had a break for 30mins and started making sauce again. haha! wonderful experience i had yesterday!! and so whatever our group had made, has to be serve and get the picture taken for our menu.. we waited until 3pm then we could go off as Mam was angry with some people..
